OVERVIEW
The Japan /AMERICA SOCIETY is pleased to announce the Twenty-sixth Annual Consul General Golf Classic on Saturday, May 13th 2016, at the University Club in Lexington, KY.
Hosted by the Japan-America Society of Kentucky. In the interest of providing a great golfing experience for our players, this year’s tournament will be held at one of Kentucky's most elite courses. The rolling Bluegrass terrain of Central Kentucky provides the gorgeous countryside setting for 36-holes of extraordinary gold at the University Club of Kentucky. Their fabulous greens, plush fairways, sculpted bunkers, challenging water carries, multiple tee boxes and professionally maintained courses offer nearly 14,000 yards of championship gold designed for both the enjoyment of the casual player and to test the skills of the scratch golfer. Our Golf Classic, one of the largest outings of the year for Japanese and American executives, is an entire day of golf, leisure, fun, competition and camaraderie!
This event is limited to 100 players and provides a unique opportunity to play a beautiful golf course all while celebrating the relationship between Japan and Kentucky with JASK corporate family. This is an exclusive opportunity that you don’t want to miss!
This year's scramble tournament will start with Tee-Off at 9:00 a.m. and conclude with an Awards Luncheon. We invite you to serve as a Corporate Sponsor for this year's Golf Classic.
