Electrical Engineer
Amteck is currently hiring an Electrical Engineer in the Lexington area who speaks fluent Japanese. They will be responsible for engineering, designing, planning, organizing design-build or plan/spec projects working independently and with a team to meet company goals. Requirements
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or technology (preferred) and/or 7 years of experience working in this role at an electrical construction company
- Experience in design and drawings
- Experience in AutoCAD electrical and Revit (preferred)
- Understand, interpret and troubleshoot customer needs and problems
- Experience in electrical design and circuits
- Strong administrative, accounting, computer, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels;
- Ability to investigate, analyze critical situations in a non-emotional manner is vital
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors
- Ability to build trust and influence others internally and externally
- Maintain a “value added" approach to engineering
