Kyocera International President to Speak at UK's Gatton College of Business - JASK Members Welcome

The Gatton College of Business and Economics is hosting its annual Chellgren Lecture on Thursday, November 19, at 3:30 p.m. in the Lexmark Public Room of the UK Main Building. This year’s lecturer is Rodney Lanthorne (’67 BE) of Kyocera Corporation. Mr. Lanthorne is Director of Kyocera Corporation, President of Kyocera International, and Chairman and President, Kyocera Wireless Corporation. Kyocera Corporation, based in Japan, is a leading supplier of telecommunications equipment, office document systems, solar energy products, semiconductor packages, electronic components, cutting tools, and industrial ceramics.
The title of Mr. Lanthorne’s lecture is
“For People and For Profit: The History and Philosophy of Kyocera.”
The lecture is free and open to the public. All members of the Kentucky business community are cordially invited to attend.
