A Japanese Trading company is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Inside Sales Representative to join their Lexington, KY location.

A leading trading company specializing in factory automation (FA) equipment is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative. This position will focus on order processing, customer support, and internal coordination with the sales and engineering teams. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growing U.S. operations by providing efficient, bilingual support to clients and internal teams.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 35k-49k mark.

This position also offers bonuses twice a year based on company performance as well as benefits such as health insurance.

Working hours would be from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Your essential duties would be as follows:

Process customer orders and coordinate shipments

Communicate with clients primarily via email, occasionally by phone

Handle basic customer service inquiries and support requests

Work closely with outside sales, engineering, and logistics teams

Perform data entry and manage records using ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics)

Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for customers

Support basic shipping operations, including picking tasks when needed

Please consider the following qualifications:

Basic English proficiency (phone and email communication required)

Japanese language skills preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

1+ years of work experience in sales, administration, or logistics preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems a plus

Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
