A Japanese Manufacturing company in Georgetown,KY is currently looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sales/ Account Representative to join their team  to manage project coordination, vendor relations, and product delivery.

DOE and skill, the pay range for this position would be between the 55k-65k with great benefits.

Your main responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Assessment & Quotations: Assess customer needs and provide accurate quotations

  • Sales Development: Develop customer sales and provide regular reports to management.

  • Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate meeting customer needs

  • Relationship Building: Visit customer offices within driving distance to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Project Management: Manage projects comprehensively from the bid/proposal stage to onsite installation.

  • Technical Understanding: Understand automotive production processes and machine specifications to assist in the sales function.

  • Trade Logistics: Handle the import/export of products and foreign trade matters.

Please consider the following qualifications when applying: 

  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience.

  • Project Management: Experience managing orders from inception to delivery.

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of automobile manufacturing equipment, including production line layout and machine specifications.

  • Financial Skills: Experience with sales/cost analysis, reporting, and cost negotiation.

  • Communication: Strong English communication skills.

  • Language (Preferred): Japanese communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are preferred but not required.
