A Japanese Manufacturing company in Georgetown,KY is currently looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer to join their team. 

This position would cover the full lifecycle of electrical control systems, from initial design and programming to on-site commissioning and debugging so experience or knowledge with material handling control systems and various PLC/Robot brands is a must.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 60k-70k mark with great benefits. 

Your main duties would be as follows: 

• System Design & Programming: Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Mitsubishi, Keyence, AB), HMI (Proface), machine vision, and robot systems (Kawasaki, Fanuc, Denso).

• Project Oversight: Direct and oversee the electrical fabrication and assembly of projects.

• Testing & Debugging: Responsible for powering on equipment, debugging, and completing in-house system trials.

• Customer Collaboration: Work with clients to determine the feasibility of new designs versus modifying existing equipment.

• Installation: Oversee equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.

Please consider the following qualifications when applying: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) or an Associate degree with applicable experience.

• Technical Skills: Experience with material handling control systems and various PLC/Robot brands.
