2026 Japan Festival - Vendor Registration

Registration

• Food Vendor (East Asian/Western Menu) - SPACE ONLY – $300.00
  Tents, tables, and chairs NOT included in base price. Rental prices listed below:
  
  Rental Tent (10x10): $150/tent
  Rental Table (8x3): $15/table
  Rental Chair: $2/chair
  
  Applications are due by August 30, 2026. Vendors will be notified within 15 days after their application is received regarding their acceptance.
  
  Space may not be available for applications submitted after August 30, 2026.
  
  Set up time will begin Saturday morning at 8:00am. Food vendors must set up and take down their area, equipment, and supplies.
  
  All exhibitors are requested to provide an attractive Japanese appearance to their tent space. This may include relevant signs, posters, or decorations.
  
  Cancellation policy: Vendors/ Exhibitors must notify Festival Management in writing of intent to cancel participation no later than September 6 in order to receive a 50% refund; after this deadline, no refunds will be offered.
  
  The Japan/America Society of Kentucky cannot be held liable for any injuries, damage to personal/business items, or other accidents that come about from your participation in the Summer Festival. Vendors must agree to take all
  responsibility concerning the distribution of safe to eat food to all attendees at the event. The Japan/America Society of Kentucky will make every reasonable effort to make sure tents and equipment are safe and in working condition.
